Winter in July!

| July 15, 2022

Another fun Polar Bear Swim helped wake us up after having our sleep-in day (an extra hour of sleep!). After our waffle breakfast, campers enjoyed doing melty beads in Arts & Crafts, boated & fished on the lake, and practiced their aim at archery.
We also had a special visit from Santa who helped campers pick out lego sets generously donated by Aiden’s Legacy, and even got to enjoy SNOW in July!
After lunch, we spent the afternoon swimming, doing more Arts & Crafts and putting the final touches on our talent show acts.
Our delicious brisket & chicken dinner this evening was donated by Chef Jon Dubins and everyone loved it- THANK YOU JON! The evening Talent Show was filled with music & songs, showing off fun skills & talents, and some pretty hilarious skits. We’ve got some really creative and talented campers!
It’s hard to believe that tomorrow is our last full day of the camp week – the week has been flying by since we’re having such a great time!
