The live auction will be held during the Concert for the Cause event on August 28th, 2021. The auction is open to in-person guests as well as supporters not in attendance. If you will not be joining us in-person and would like to bid on one of the following live auction packages, please complete this form after registering and saving your credit card information on our auction site. A proxy-bidder will be assigned to bid on your behalf in the auction up to your maximum bid. All bids submitted are final and completion of the form implies agreement with all auction policies. Tuscany is the perfect place to spend a relaxing getaway immersed in nature. Aside from the picturesque views, your favorite part of your trip will be the Cooking Class and Dinner with Chef Ryan Hanley. Your delicious seasonal menu will consist of four-courses, with plenty of red wine. An example of what you might prepare is an Antipasto platter, Hand-made pici pasta with a Tuscan ragu, Sliced Chianina beef with fresh green & red pepper corns, arugula, tomatoes, & parmesan shavings & Panna cotta with a mixed berry sauce. Enjoy some Italian coffee and Chef Ryan’s very own Lemoncello during your class. You will receive an apron, recipes, and all the knowledge needed to recreate what you learned, when you get back home. All dietary needs are welcome. Classes are around three-and-a-half hours long plus how long it takes to sit and enjoy the meal.
